Newly decorated and refurnished room. Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves. Upstairs, front of house.
Friendly, normal housemates. I’m a relaxed landlord, and only spend about one night a week at the house.
House has a large kitchen with all mod cons: fridges, freezers, micro, coffee, double range oven, dishwasher, washing, tumble etc.
House is clean and tidy, but not I obsessively so. We have a cleaner.
2 bathrooms, bath, showers. Heating and hot water that work! Sunroom/lounge with Smart Tv/Netflix/prime.
Nice, landscaped garden, with patios, bbq and pond. Driveway, plus ample free street parking. Nearby park, shops, local buses and train into london.
Most pets ok (no dogs, or loud birds, I’m afraid).
Looking for someone stable, employed friendly and tidy. Probably not suitable for woke people.
