Our mid-terraced house is located in a quiet, yet accessible area in Hillingdon. The house is just off Uxbridge Road with public transport access to Uxbridge station and Hillingdon station (10-15 mins on bus or 20-25 min walk). There is a bus service that connects to West Ruislip (Central Line) and Hayes and Harlington (Elizabeth Line) as well. If you drive, there is a driveway available as well, plus additional off-street parking in the area.

The house has 3 bedrooms of which two are on the first floor with shared bathroom (taken). The top floor room is ensuite and largest of the three rooms (available). Each room has a door with lock for privacy. All housemates will have access to the ground floor (lounge, kitchen, conservatory, garden) as common areas.

All bills are included except for gas and electricity as this is dependent on individual's usage so will be shared amongst housemates (monthly average about £30).
