Room 2
A large, bright bedroom is available for rent. It is perfect for a single individual.
The private bathroom For THE TENANT’S USE ONLY is adjacent to the lovely bedroom.
A large bedroom window has a view of the front of the house.
The family kitchen can be used by the tenant. There is a microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine amongst other items.
My house is located within a 10-minute walk to Hillingdon tube station. Hillingdon station is on the Metropolitan line and Piccadilly line.
The U2 bus stop is 5 minutes’ walk away. It connects to Uxbridge high street, Brunel University and Hillingdon Hospital.
The CO OP food store is on Hillingdon high street, a just 10-minute walk. Sainsbury's and Lidl supermarkets are close to Uxbridge high street. It is 10 minutes by bus.
The popular Swallow Pub and Vine Inn are within the locality.
Hillingdon Gym and a GP surgery are also nearby.

There is ample private parking at the front of the house which can be used by the tenant.
