The available double room(en-suite) is on the ground floor front room. The property is available for viewing now and for move-in for from 8th August 2020, subject to satisfactory references.

Only working persons will be considered. Non smokers are preferred as smoking is not allowed inside the house or in the front and rear garden areas ( only in a designated area at the back of the house)

No children and no pets are allowed in this shared house. Females are preferred.

There is also a secured gated rear access with car parking space and a coin operated tumble dryer in the garage.

The house is close to local shops, high street and transport links.

It is responsibility of the all house members to keep the common areas clean and tidy after use, and there is a cleaning rota for each house member every 4th / 5th week, and house member must adhere to the house rules.
