I am looking to rent out the second room in my flat.

The room is only available to females.

It comes with a double bed, mattress, blackout curtains, double glazed windows and a wardrobe.

The flat is in a secure ground floor low rise development. I’ve had a new bathroom and kitchen fitted along with new windows.

The flat has lots of natural day light, lovely wooden floors and is fully furnished with sofa, dining table and chairs, TV, fridge freezer, washing machine/dryer and microwave and all kitchen essentials. All which can be used by the tenant.

I work from Monday to Thursday in the city and leave home by 6.30 am and I work from home on Friday’s.

I enjoy the usual activities (socialising, travel, etc..) but late nights are certainly a thing of the past so looking for someone who has a similar lifestyle.

I am vegetarian and don’t mind if you’re not but I’m afraid I do not allow meat/fish in the home. I respect that this may not suit everyone but best to put it out there!

I am available for viewings after 6 pm during the week and flexible at the weekend.
