Excellent SMALL single room with private toilet/shower. Situated in a quite cul de sac close to Isleworth Station and 10 minutes by bus to the Piccadilly Line (Hounslow East). Shops and bus stop literally a minute away.

There is a kitchen with high spec appliances, a laundry area and a lovely garden. The room is located on the ground floor with a nice view to the garden. Each room in the house has its own toilet/shower so you won’t be sharing with anyone else, except when we are using the garden or having guests. All other rooms are located on the second floor of the house.

This is a family house so we are looking for a female professional worker, friendly and easy going. You will be sharing a house with a lovely friendly kitten, a 3 years old child, a couple on their 30’s and a woman on her 50’s.

We require references, we require £325 half of the first month rent to secure the room. We don’t hold any deposit from the tenant. Unfortunately, we cannot accept DHSS, smokers or any more pets.
