I have a single room available in my cosy home (Isleworth, TW7)
You will share the house with me (vegan 38yo) and my two furry senior children (Felix the Cat and Funky the dog).
The price is £500 + bills (a 1-month deposit is required)
The neighbourhood is beautiful you will have friendly neighbours but also a big park just a 2mins walk from my house, the train station (to commute with Waterloo, Clapham junction, Vauxhall) is just 5min by walk, and also you have the H37 bus to go straight to Richmond or Hounslow.
Just 25min by train to Wandsworth
30min by train to Clapham Junction
40min by train to Waterloo
10min by bus to Richmond
I'm looking for a responsible housemate who can clean his stuff but also share a glass of wine and tasty vegan food sometimes. Please not party at home (small gathering is be ok)
Preferable women between 18 and 40 years old
The room comes fully furnished (with a single/double bed) fitted wardrobe and a desk.
Smoking isn't allowed inside the house, but we have a friendly/private garden to do it.
