Both of them experienced a medley of frustrations and found a huge gap in the quality of shared / co-living accommodation. This is when they decided to play their part in filling this gap. Even during the design and build of this massive 6-bed, 3-reception room property, Rabs and Umer were advised by architects and builders to save costs by going for lower quality specifications as “you are going to rent it out anyway”. But they ignored all such advice and eventually the property on Twickenham Road was born.

At a time when the quality of housing is deteriorating, Rabs and Umer are set on a mission through Mint Homes to undo that - by providing a stellar, stress-free service and mint-conditioned accommodation that people like you can’t wait to move into (and would never want to move out from!)
