I am a super easy going respectful housemate who likes thier own space and equally to socialise in the communal space at the end of the day for a friendly catch up. Both my adult children are in educational insititutions outside of London and the home has plenty of goodness and life to welcome two more lovely people. It is a vegetarian / vegan home. Previous housemates have remained very good friends and references available from them. NB: New blackout curtains on the way.
