the house is located in quiet middle class area just off Honeypot Lane

5 minutes walk to Kingsbury Jubilee Line Station with Wembley Park next stop to change for Metropolitan Line. Numerous bus routes to Harrow, Pinner, Hendon, Golders Green and Wembley are just 2 minutes walk from the house

Shopping and Leasure-
Aldi, Iceland and many grocery shops are on Kingsbury High Street few minutes walk from the property

Cleaning -
there is a cleaner coming once per week for 2 hours to clean hallways, kitchen, bathroom and in front of the house. Housemates leave for her £ 3 per week including materials. No cleaning hassle

Maintenance reporting system is online fast and efficient. We keep on top repairs needed

2.5 weeks rent

Payment option -
2 weekly or monthly in advance

Bills-
There are no bills to pay. Council tax, gas, electricity, water and Internet are all included

Minimum stay -
5 months. If you decide to leave earlier, there would be 1 week rent early termination fee

Rent is £160 per week including all bills for single or £200 per week for a couple.
