Single room available in a quiet and friendly family household; 1 degree student and 1 professional, female.
The house is private, and kept clean and tidy. Not a party house and we are looking for a student or professional guest who is also clean and tidy and would like a peaceful place to stay.

The communal areas; kitchen, bathroom and dining rooms are shared.
We have a private garden and street parking is available outside, near the house.

Preston Road and Kingsbury station are accessible on foot in 12-18 mins depending on which station and both are accessible by bus in about 5mins.

University of Westminster Harrow Campus and Northwick Park Hospital are 1 stop away from us on the Met Line and there are buses direct from Preston Road. If you like walking, we are 2 mins walk from access to Fryent Country Park.

Wembley Outlet and Stadium are also 1 stop away by tube and it takes about 20m mins to get into the centre of town by the same.

We are happy to consider short term stays however 3 months would be the minimum term desired.

Mon-Fri lets are also considered and the fee would be adjusted accordingly.
