Available from 1st June onwards (as refurbishment works are being completed on the whole house) a single room will be available to rent. All bills will be included.

The house will be occupied by the owner/landlady who is now retired. Therefore only non-smokers and non-drinkers will be considered.

The room will be furnished with a bed (ottoman under bed storage) and new IKEA cupboards for plenty of storage. The remaining areas of the house will be shared with the owner/landlady.

The house has 3 bedrooms, with a large shower upstairs, a cloakroom downstairs, an eat in kitchen, and living room. There is also a private garden with tables and chairs. Pictures to follow once the refurbishment works are complete.

Located right off the A40 Target roundabout, the home is just a 15 minute walk or a 10 minute bus (bus stop is a 3 minute walk from the house) to Northolt (central line) Underground station. Off street parking is also available. Local amenities are a short walk or drive away. Northala Fields park is just across the road!

Ideally looking for a working professional or a student, someone low key. Owner/landlady is very friendly, very clean, very low key, and loves to cook (you are in for a treat if you enjoy Indian food)!

References, deposit, 3 months proof of income, and Passport for ID will be required.
