The room is for someone that needs a place to stay whilst working in london, so ideally from MONDAY night to FRIDAY morning.
The room is a bright single with a bed, and a wardrobe.
The nearest tube stations are Greenford and Northolt both on central line and within walking distance.
There is bus around corner that will take you to either stations within few stops.
Sudbury Hill is also another tube station not far at all, Piccadilly line.
House is very close to many shops and Newly refurbished Greenwood pub.
£450 pcm inc all bills and fast broadband.
This rate is for max 4 nights stay!!
Occasional Sun eve arrival after 8pm is OK however this must be agreed upon at least week before and cannot be guaranteed due to being weekend.
I am looking for someone that is happy with room only, with use of bathroom and kitchen.
Please be advised kitchen use for light meals only and not full fledge cooking.
Of course you can use dining room to eat your meals.
This room is very ideal if you need a safe, quiet and clean room during your stay.
All linen provided.
If you drive, there is free car parking on road.
Viewings are highly recommended!
