Large room to let in 2 bedroom flat.. Quiet Area

The house is an up-market, quiet area.

A larger than usual double room is for rent.

Due to Corona virus a four month upfront (including the first months rent) rent is required upon contract agreement and a 5 week deposit. Uncertain times unfortunately. Rent will be payable monthly after the first calendar month with the remainder 3 months to be used up in the final part of the tenancy.

The large room is offered for a single or two occupants sharing. Tenants downstairs have use of the downstairs as I have my self-contained flat upstairs with own bathroom and kitchen etc (you share downstairs with one other tenant). However my wife and I will be walking through the sitting room and kitchen occasionally to gain access to the garden as will my cat coming and going..

There is a very private 35 metre garden with doors leading into it from the kitchen. The room is in good condition overall. At the end of the street is Northwood tube station, a small village type shopping street and Waitrose. At the other end of the street are beautiful woods and a lake where you can walk for miles. The tube is 3 minutes walk, metropolitan line.

Looking for very quiet professional people. Looking for tenants who have consideration for the neighbours and the existing tenant (and me :) ). consideration in relation to noise, Due to Corona Virus and my wishes and second tenant's wishes no friends or relatives to visit unfortunately until such a time that it is safe to do so in my opinion. There is a lovely garden you can sit in.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house but there are chairs in the garden
