The property is a 5 minute walk away from the high-street which has a Waitrose, Costa and selection of restaurant and bars.

The rooms come furnished with a fitted wardrobe, double bed and desk.

Tenants will have access to a shared kitchen (which comes equipped with a microwave, oven, grill, fridge, electric hob and washing machine) and access to the dining room. The house also benefits from a 100ft+ maintained garden plus a heated conservatory.

On street parking is available

We also have a slightly smaller double room available which has access to a shared bathroom.
