It's well located (in Norwood Green) - 10/15 minutes walk to Southall Station with ample parking adjacent the dock available too. There is a laundry on the dock with commercial washers/dryers and a post room. It's a nice vibe and ambience for someone who can appreciate the lifestyle. The boat owners/dwellers on the dock marina are friendly, inclusive and you will be part of a small community of 20 or so from diverse and interesting backgrounds.

Please note that photos pre-date the previous tenant who lived there for two years. The condition is still very good but it could use a fresh coat of paint. If you would like to do that then we can work something out - otherwise I will do it.

Rent is inclusive of broadband/WiFi, electricity and Council Tax. Propane cannisters and laundry tokens are separate but consumption is modest and cost effective.

The boat itself (partly pictured) is being used but you will have part of the mooring. It's not for everyone - but for the right somebody they will love it. Will definitely appeal to people with a background in camping, boating or caravanning. Waterside country living in West London!
