We are generally a quiet, mostly female, tidy, friendly household in a really lovely, safe area. I'm an easy going veggie but as my lovely, friendly, elderly dog eats meat I can't possibly mind meat eaters!
I do love people who clean up after themselves and are not noisy but respectful of peoples sleeping hours.
Close by are the underground, overground trains, supermarket, amazing parks, pubs, leisure centres and cinema. We have woods and a lake on our doorstep yet centre of London is only 25/35 mins, away - the best of both worlds.
I am looking for a quiet, very tidy, professional person who needs a place to stay from either full time at £735 p/m or if wanted, from Monday to Friday for 4-5 nights p/w at £35/40 per night.
Just a few minutes drive to many underground and overground stations and 25 mins to King's Cross or Liverpool street. Buses outside door, minutes away from Oakwood station (piccadilly line) Enfield Chase or Grange park mainline, 5 mins drive.

The double with en-suite bath/shower, is available from January 2nd at £735 p/m or 4 or 5 days from monday to Friday £45 or £40. This has a TV with full cable package. Mirrored triple wardrobe and loads of storage. A large table for working on. Great views from window too.
There is also an extra cloakroom and bathroom downstairs.
Cleaner comes in each week to clean shared areas and once a month to clean bedrooms. All included in rent.
Lounge has comfy leather sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, Cable TV with full Movie package. TV dinner tables (used a lot)
Kitchen/diner has a table which opens out to seat 6-8 persons, breakfast bar and has all utensils you would need plus a washing machine, dryer, microwave oven, hob, double oven, American style fridge/freezer with maker and a dishwasher.
French windows open on to a lovely garden with patio areas and seating.
I have undergone building work in garden at moment so garden is unfinished.
I'm out of the house or in the cabin most days and evenings so do not interfere with my lodgers. I might pop in to cook or do my washing during the day, or very occasionally in the evening with friends.
The house is always warm in winter. I'm energy concious so we have solar panels and recycle as much as pos.
