Hi, we are looking to share our beautiful home with a clean and quiet professional

The room is actually the entire loft which means you will be alone on that level, separated from everyone else for total privacy. It has a big bathroom with two sinks and a huge walk-in wardrobe which is the size of a single room, same like the bathroom. Lots of storage.

- We share the bills (£70-80 on average)
- There is no minimum stay
- Tenancy agreement offered
- Common areas are beeing cleanned and disinfected regularly
- Free secure parking on the driveway

We are working in IT, finance or own businesses, all very quiet and friendly. The house has a big living room to share with seating and dining area.

The area it s a private residence with closed access, so it s very safe and quiet, all you can hear all day are the birds.

Big Tesco and Sky are less than 5-6 minutes walking, so perfect for someone working around.
