About me (the Landlord)
I'm a landlord living at a different location. Any maintenance issues to be addressed to the lead tenant in the building.

10 minutes walk to Perivale Station (Central Line). Tesco superstore 5 mins walk, small grocery shops, pharmacy & nhs clinic 10 min walk. If you drive, it's an excellent location to take any of the available motorways. Parking is on street which is easy to find every day. There is also a driveway available.

Broadband is fiber optic unlimited ultra fast with amplifiers on every floor of the house, meaning you have great connection at all times. Additional TV boxes from Virgin media can be ordered for an extra fee, circa £30 per month with 400 channels.

Water softener is installed for everyone's benefit with weekly top ups of salt pellets, lovely soft water which makes a huge difference when showering, washing clothes and doing the dishes.

Looking for young professionals who is friendly, clean and easy going.

House rules: Keep tidy and quiet down after 9.30pm to be considerate to neighbors. The house is a place to relax and unwind.
