Light, clean and airy double room available in a beautiful bungalow, with an upstairs! Shared use of shower room (next to room) or downstairs bathroom, along with kitchen and garden. WC's are upstairs and downstairs.

The room is fully furnished with bed, bedding, 2 lots of fitted wardrobes, small sofa (with storage inside) and 32-inch TV with Freeview channels. There is also a wall-mounted drop-leaf table and chair, for flexibility.

You will have access to unlimited Virgin super-fast broadband, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge and freezer.

There is a cleaner for the house once a week at no extra charge, which you are welcome to utilise. In addition, toilet paper, hand soap, washing powder and cleaning products are all included.

All bills (apart from landline phone) are included.

The house is on a quiet street which leads onto a park. It is 10 minutes’ walk from Pinner Station. However, there is a bus stop 1-minute walk away where you can take a bus to Pinner Station or Rayners Lane Station, both journeys will take you a few minutes. Central London is 25 minutes away on the tube.

On street parking is available in this quiet and safe street.

I am a live-in landlady, where you would be sharing the house with myself, my husband and my 18-year-old daughter, who is quiet, tidy and studious. My husband and I stay downstairs; the room for rent is upstairs. Only females need apply.
