Double room with private bathroom

Hi! Available is a double room with private bathroom in a spacious and modern apartment. The room is in a 2 bedroom apartment that was built just 8 years ago. There is an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher.

There are 20 apartments in the building and there are communal gardens at the back and street parking in the front (permit required). The building is very quiet with little to no noise from the other residents, but there is some noise of traffic and flights overhead but I barely notice it anymore.

The available room is at the front of the property, overlooking the street. It has a double bed and mattress (both 1 year old), a chest of drawers, wardrobe and bed side table. The private bathroom is just a few steps across the hallway and has a bath tub with shower attachment. The other bedroom in the apartment has an ensuite.

As for the location the river is a 2 minute walk away and St Margerets Station is 10 minutes walk. Its a lovely walk along the river to get to Richmond Riverside in 15 minutes or Richmond Station in 20 minutes.

The rent includes all bills (electricity, water, council tax, wifi).

The other room is occupied by a professional female in her 20's. She is friendly, considerate, clean and tidy.
