Sunny, warm room in leafy Richmond

Hello! Looking for a friendly, clean, respectful female to move into a beautiful, sunny, cosy home on a quiet, leafy street in Richmond.

I accepted a job in The Hague and am regretfully having to say goodbye to this home I love and flatmate I love just as much – I leave the UK on Sunday 5 September.

You'll be moving into a sunny room fully furnished with brand new IKEA furniture – I bought it not long ago and unfortunately cannot take it with me. This includes a bed/mattress, wardrobe, 2x drawers, mirror, and bedside table. There is also a super handy portable desk that slides under the bed and can be set up in mere seconds – super sturdy, and also white. You can even have the plants if you desire as I also cannot take them with me!

Parallel to Marble Hill Park and the Thames, this home has a fully equipped and recently renovated kitchen and bathroom, and is a wonderful oasis and relaxing space with beautiful views and the sounds of birds.

You'll be living with a friendly, fun, and kind 29-year-old PR Manager who loves making delicious food and is always up for a chat, and is very inspirational with her dedication to fitness classes.

The room and the lounge has almost all day sunshine, and the kitchen gets the evening rays.

Richmond town centre is a quick 10 minute walk across the Bridge (or a 5 minute cycle), where Richmond Station offers the District Line, overground, and rail. An express train will have you at Clapham Junction in less than ten minutes, and Waterloo in around 20 minutes. Richmond is also a haven of gorgeous cafes, restaurants, shops, and riverfront bars.

Marble Hill Park is a 2-3 minute walk across the road. Twickenham centre and recently pedestrianised Church Street with all of its wonderful cafes and restaurants can be access in less than 5 minutes by bike, or a 15 minute walk. St Margarets Station is a 3-5 minute walk away.

Rent is £850 per month, all inclusive. There are still six months left on the contract (ends 23 March) with extension likely possible. You'll need to be happy to provide a reference, proof of pay, and a £700 deposit with Dexters. This process will take about 48 hours and once approved, you can move in. Our landlord is contactable at all times and lives nearby.
