Double room with Ensuite in modern apartment

Hi! Available is a double room with ensuite bathroom in a spacious and modern apartment. The apartment is a 2 bedroom apartment built just 8 years ago. It has a spacious open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher. There is also a communal garden at the back of the apartment building. It is a quiet apartment building with just 20 apartments and there is little to no noise from the other residents, though there is some street noise but I barely notice it anymore.

The bedroom available is at the back of the property overlooking the side of the communal gardens. The room has a built-in wardrobe and is furnished with a bed and mattress and a bedside table. The ensuite has a shower, sink, and toilet. There is also a desk and chair but this can be removed if needed.

The apartment is 2 minutes walk from the river and 10 minutes walk from St Margerets Station. Its a lovely 15 minute walk along the river to Richmond Riverside and 20 minutes walk to Richmond station. There is a convenience store just a few doors down and a Co-op less than 10 minutes walk away. For those that drive it is very close to the A316 and M3. There is street parking right outside the building which requires a permit that can be obtained from the council. There is also underground parking in the building available for an additional rent.

All bills are included in the rent (electricity, water, council tax, service charges, wifi).

The other room is occupied by a 30 year old professional who works at a local school. She is friendly, considerate, clean and tidy.
