The location

This is a great flat in an amazing location.
The town centre is literally a 5 minute walk away with train station just under 10 minutes. Richmond park is also just under a 10 minute walk away.

The room

I’ll be leaving behind my chest of draws but everything else will be coming with me. I’ve easily been able to fit in a kingside bed and as you can see a chair, wardrobe and a tv stand which has storage.
So you can fit the things you’d typically need!

The flat itself has a large newly refurbished kitchen and a large living room. A separate toilet and a bathroom, this contains a bath tub and a separate shower.

Housemates

You’ll be living with a great bunch of guys.
There’s two guys and two girls.
One is a couple and live together.
They’re all very sociable and a great laugh, so it’ll be sad to leave them!

Rent and bills.

The rent is £587.60 plus £104.07 for bills. So £691.57 in total.
There’s also an additional one off payment of £50 for the contract addendum.

Incredibly cheap for Richmond!

The bills have never risen since I’ve been here.
This is all sorted out by one of the housemates and it’s always been relaxed.
