The room is in a recently refurbished 2 bedroom flat with open plan kitchen/lounge and one shared bathroom. The kitchen is fitted with all the modern appliances: gas hob with extractor, oven, washing machine, large fridge freezer etc. The flat overlooks a quiet residential street with scenic views of Richmond Hill.

The flat is double glazed with central heating throughout and is fairly quiet despite the central Richmond location.

Excellent transport links. 4 minutes walk to Richmond town centre, 10 mins walk to Richmond train/underground and bus stops and shops moments from the flat. There is on street parking (subject to parking permit). We will also soon have a Lidl supermarket on our doorstep for added convenience.

Sharing with a single professional female flatmate working in retail. Looking for someone easy going, considerate and must be tidy.
