The property is in walking distance of both Eastcote and Ruislip Manor tube stations with access to both the metropolitan and Piccadilly lines. South Ruislip station is five minutes drive away with access to the overground and the central line.

Ruislip is also in walking distance with Pizza Express, Zaza restaurant and Cafe Rouge.

A hot yoga studio is in walking distance if you like yoga.

A multi cinema complex, Asda and Starbucks have also recently opened nearby.
