A quaint old farm house on the outskirts of Shepperton, boasting extended lounge, 'U-shaped' kitchen and living area as well as a beautifully large garden.
There is a large communal bathroom upstairs with bath and separate shower. A second communal toilet and basin is found downstairs. The spacious kitchen boasts a double hob, two fridge freezers, dishwasher, ample counter top space and each tenant has their own kitchen cupboard. The good sized kitchen table which is found in the living area seats 6 comfortably.

The lounge is large with sofas and two arm chairs. There is a communal TV in the lounge and kitchen living area. The garden at the back of the house is expansive with garden furniture, and two washing lines. There is a separate laundry room outside for the washing machine and tumble dryer.

All bills are included except for internet which is £11 per month paid to Patrick (long standing lodger) and communal cleaning products for the house are bought in bulk every few months which all housemates contribute towards.

Shepperton High Street is a 5 minute drive and Shepperton train station is a 30 minute walk. Sunbury Tesco Extra is about a 7 minute drive with a Tesco Express about a 3 minute drive in the same direction. There is also a corner shop about a 5 minute walk away.

Short term lets charged at £700 pcm.
