My house is walking distance to Shepperton studios, Shepperton station.
Drive to Heathrow airport 15 mins, train 35 minutes into London.
The high street is 5/10 minutes walking max.
The room is for your use only, sharing of the bathroom.
Use of a small fridge in the kitchen if required.
I don't mind you chilling now and again in the lounge with me, this is my chill zone.
We have a cockapoo that is very much part of the family and likes cuddles. If you do not like dogs, this house is not for you.
There is parking outside the house.
I don't mind if you vape, downstairs only.
