Spacious double en-suite room available in a riverside house located in a quiet private road in a beautiful area with lovely natural spaces and 15 minutes walk from Shepperton station Currently no other tenants.
Thames mooring is available for additional cost.
There’s a large dog (lurcher) in the house so please only people who are comfortable around dogs. I will consider people with a dog provided our dogs get on .
Currently no broadband but can be arranged by agreement.
The rent is £600 per month, with £ 300 deposit.
