I’m looking for a professional female (no couples) to share my house with.
1 double bed en suite furnished- available from 07 May 1000£ per month all bills included

The house will have a maximum of 2 occupants me (a professional female currently pursuing an art degree) and the potential lodger.

The house, a heat efficient, is refurbished to higher standards with all the modern appliances and security system.
The house is a 5-minute walk from the South Harrow tube station (Piccadilly line) and 12 minutes by bus from the Harrow on the Hill Tube station (Metropolitan line). A 1-minute walk from Waitrose and a 10-minute walk away from other shops including Aldi.

A Car parking slot can be obtained from the Harrow Council.
