We are looking for a tenant to rent our spare room. Both myself and my partner are professionals and very easy to get along with. We have two puppies. We have reduced the rent in the hopes of finding someone that works from home and is around often to watch our two puppies so dog lovers only please! They are only small so not any work at all, we just want company for them.
The room is completely furnished and will be getting a new double bed that is different to the one in the photo. It is a double room with large ensuite with shower. There is a shared kitchen and living room area which is fully stocked in regards to plates, pans and utensils. There is a large balcony that shows the gardens of the complex and we also have access to a large communal garden on the first floor which is beautiful and fairly unused.
