It comes furnished with a 1.50m wardrobe, double bed , bedside table, lamp, mattress protector and electric blinds(day and night) controlled by remote.

Hallway ,living room and kitchen all shared with myself, who will be living in the 3rd bedroom, and another tenant. Bathroom will only be shared between the 2 rooms, as I will be having an en suite

Living room has a big sofa bed, a fake fireplace, LG TV, treadmill, PS5, coffee table.

Kitchen is big and has an island where breakfast and coffee can be enjoyed with a view of London in the distance. Has an oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher etc.

The balcony also has a cocoon and some chairs where you can lounge in the sun in the mornings. There are also 2 gardens within the building where you can lounge in the sun.

Shard , London Eye and the central area is visible in the distance.

Underfloor Heating in all rooms, all bills included, and includes a cleaning service of the communal areas every 2/3 weeks..

I am looking for 1 professional females to share the flat with. The other tenant is a professional female living in the 3rd bedroom.
