Room 1 ( Ground Floor)

Hello! I have been living in this house for 6 years and I am really sad to leave but the time has come for my next steps in life.

There are 2 large double bedrooms avaialble.

Couples: The agency only allows for 3 people occupancy for the entire house so couples are not allowed to rent only one room. But you could rent both rooms with your partner and make one a study/chill room while the other one can be the bedroom (that's what me and my girlfriend did and it worked great!).

The third housemate has another primary resisdence with his girlfriend and comes to the house only ocassionaly. So you could pretty much have the entire house for yourselves most of the time

Both rooms are very spacious, bright and warm - they get plently of afternoon sunshine too!

** Room 1 **
Comes furnished with the items you see in the pictures but without the bed, so feel free to get a comfy one fitting your sleeping style :)

** Room 2 **
Comes unfurnished, but we bought some stuff when my girlfriend moved in and can negotiate price for all or part of the furniture:
- Chest of drawers (6 large drawers)
- Large wardrobe (3 doors)
- Large corner desk
All items have been bought January 2021 and are in great condition

The bed frame will be included but the mattress is not so feel free to get a comfy one fitting your sleeping style!

The house is in a great location and a beautiful, quiet area with amazing connections.
2 minutes walk to St. Margarets Station and Grocery Stores
10 minutes walk to Twickenham
15 minutes walk to Richmond
15 minutes walk from night bus stops (N22)
30 min to Central London (Waterloo) (25min Vauxhall) with a direct train from St. Margarets
Lots of pubs, restaurants and coffee places nearby

We have a modern and fully equiped kitchen.
There is a gas oven and stoves, washing machine and broadband.
There is a beautiful garden with fake grass which is always green and maintenance free.
The agency is pretty open to improvements and adding a personal flare to the house.

----- BILLS & CONTRACT DETAILS ----

The bills come around £100 per person per month. Depending on the season it can fluctuate, but mor or less it averages out to a £100.
