Looking to replace third share who left after 11 years for family medical reasons, I am 73 (not old and crochety!!) and have shared with third person (age 43) for 15 years. Now retired (ex I. T. manager) I am a local history researcher / author. Other share is a data analyst. Work from home. We have a quiet tranquil home/lifestyle, where home is literally a peaceful home.

The flat is ideally suited to someone who is quiet and tidy. It is excellently located for the main line train into Waterloo (via all stations including, Richmond, Mortlake, Barnes, Putney, Wandsworth, Clapham Junction, etc). The room has a double bed and wardrobe and separate cupboard and desk.
