Cosy Single Room in Beautiful St Margarets

Hello! The generous single room in my two bedroom flat is available to rent from 1st March.
I am based in St Margarets, Twickenham, just a 10 minute bus ride or an 15 minute walk into Richmond.
It’s a single room and the flat is cosy, so it’s really important to me that I can share the space comfortably with another person.
I would like to be able to socialise with the person I share with, but I also enjoy my own company. I am a teacher, so I’m generally busy working outside of the flat during the week; if you work from home, you will be able to have the space to yourself.
When I am home, I tend to use the living space to work on creative projects or do marking, though you are welcome to share the space with me.
The flat itself has great light, with a lovely large window in the living room. I like to keep the shared spaces as tidy as possible, so pitching in with cleaning is important to me.
I have a cat called Pippin who is very affectionate and likes to say hi, so it’s also important that you are comfortable with cats and wouldn’t mind if he pops in to say hello now and then.
AMENITIES:
St Margaret’s overground station is a 2 minute walk away from the flat and there is a Tesco Metro just next door. Richmond station is 10 minutes away by bus, and the bus stop is just outside of the flat. There are plenty of places to shop and eat in the town centre, as well as an Odeon cinema, so entertainment is never far away! Additionally, the idyllic Richmond Park is only a 20 minute walk away, with plenty of paths to explore. I am always up for a walking buddy!
All bills are included in the rent.
