Two rooms to rent in st Margaret's

Large room

The flat is less than 5mins from st Margaret's station and about ten minutes from Twickenham. although it doesn't have a garden moormeads park is at the end of the street and is a pretty little park.
The flat is light and airy purpose built Edwardian maisonette with good kitchen fridge freezer dishwasher etc. The communal lounge has large brand new telly, The internet speed is the fastest you can get from virgin and I will install virgin network plugs in each room which will give you a speed of about 800.
The two rooms share a light and airy bathroom with bath/shower and toilet.
The local pub the Turks head is very popular and hosts the 40year old comedy club you name them they have played their.
I am a fairly easy going guy and like a laugh but we are on the first floor and have to be aware of Jackie who lives below us.
I haven't put any paintings etc in the rooms as I thought you might like to make it more homely yourselves if not we can sort something out as I am a builder so could certainly that out
obviously the more expensive one is bigger they both have fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. In the larger room the fitted wardrobes have shelves so you could have a table and chair instead of a set of drawers but we can sort that out when we get to it. The bed's and linen are all brand new the bed's have masses of storage in them as well.
I will have a cleaner in once a week but will expect you keep things clean
All bill's are paid but not parking.
I expect the rent to be paid on time with a month in advance and when you leave a month's notice is required . I am sure I have left something out but please feel free to ask
