Lovely sunny single room.

This is a sunny and warm, double sized room with a double bed and mattress, but for single occupancy only. In the room is a built in wardrobe, bedside table, extra drawer unit and another chest of drawers. The room has wooden floorboards. In the house is a shared newly decorated kitchen with dishwasher, living room with TV, dining room with another TV, bathroom with toilet, shower and bath and an additional newly decorated toilet downstairs. There is a garage for some small storage items and the use of a washing machine and internet. This is not a messy, loud, student digs, we are a clean and quiet, but also easy going household. Outside there is plenty of room for parking. We have a 24 hour Tescos 5 mins drive away and local shops are a 5 min walk away. All bills are included, to move in we will need £500 deposit and £500 rent in advance. I will need to see proof of ID and a reference is also required.
No timewasters or unemployed please.
