Hello Future house mate!

I am looking for someone to come in and share my house. It's a good sized three bedroom mid terrace property. It's a modern and comfortable place to live and furnished to a high standard. I have lovely Bi-fold doors leading into the garden and it's in a reasonable enough state to host a BBQ during the summer. New kitchen and bathroom and rewired through out, as some one who loves cooking it's setup to encourage that. The bedroom itself is a nice sized double with a bed, wardrobe, chest of draws. While this is a 3 bedroom house, I have no plans to rent the 3rd room as I use it as an office. There is a garden but as I am not green fingered and have no interest in keeping it sparkling clean whoever comes in needs to keep in mind that it's a bonus and not a feature, A little about me, I'm a young at heart 46 year old who enjoys socialising and rugby. I'm a cat lover and have two really well socialised cats who look forward to sharing the living space as well. The house is something of a sanctuary for me and I'm looking for a chilled out person to enjoy a relaxed vibe with so get in touch!
