I am a single female - living in an immaculate 3-bed accommodation with a driveway for 2 cars and a garden, a quiet neighbourhood, a modern environment with wooden flooring and good local amenities, and a friendly community and neighbours.

I am looking for a single professional person (female), a non-smoker who respects privacy and a home that is very clean and tidy and has no pets. There are no extras and you can use a large kitchen plus a large garden in a quiet neighbourhood. I am close to Sunbury and Feltham mainline train station, and a two-minute walk from a bus stop, near the M3/M25 and within easy access to London. Also included is a parking space. Utilities plus council tax/Broadband included except personal landline phone. Electricity/Gas will be extra if working from home. Also, note the room is for single occupancy only.
