Newly Renovated Double Room - Sunbury

Newly renovated flat with a spacious double room including a double bed and fitted cupboards.

Will me sharing with myself, a 26 year old Event organiser who works in Paddington. I am generally in the office x3 a week and at the flat remaining days, although do often go out or visit family back home over weekends.

I am an easy going person and have with lived in multiple different places before while working and at uni. So looking for someone of the same mind with similar interest although not a must, as long as you're respectful I don't mind :)

I tend to keep on top of the cleaning etc in the flat, however, will look to get a cleaner in every fortnight should someone move in.

Kitchen has everything you could need from fridge/freeze, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and an air fryer. Also a washing line outside as well as a spare room which I normally use for laundry/drying.

The flat is within a 12 min walk to Sunbury station (bus stop outside of flat which takes you there in 2) with direct links to London Waterloo.

Nearby to the flat are many food shops (tesco, farmfoods, M&S) as well as the corner shops below the flat. Also nearby is The Gym, Nuffield, local cricket/football teams as well as the Sunbury Golf Course. Kempton race course is only one stop away on the train as well as Kingston being within 20 mins.

Super fast wifi as well as all other bills included.

Can consider lowering rent within reason.
