There is also side access to the garden which can be used for bikes including storage. At the end of the garden there is a large studio office fully equipped with Wi-Fi (not seen in pictures). Perfect for working from home.

Currently all 3 rooms are vacant with two young professional males seeking a third tenant. We work in Banking and Sales. We are easy going, tidy and friendly and welcome anyone with the same values.
There are 3 double rooms available and we are flexible with which rooms we have giving you first choice.

1. The largest room is a loft en-suite with fitted wardrobes, chest of draws and eve storage. It is a self contained room. You can bring your own bed and furnishings or one can be provided.

2. Large front facing double bedroom on the first floor with a shared bathroom and separate shared toilet. Again this can come furnished/un-furnished depending on your preference.

3. Large garden facing double bedroom on the first floor with a shared bathroom and separate shared toilet. Again this can come furnished/un-furnished depending on your preference.


Bills approx - £100 pm
There is no smoking indoors but you are welcome to smoke in the garden.

TRANSPORT:
TRAIN: 10 minute walk/5 minute bus to Teddington overground station. This has services running to London Waterloo in 30 minutes. Hampton wick station is also a 15 minute walk away.

BUS: There is a bus stop at the end of the road where you can catch the 285 towards Kingston or Feltham and the 281 towards Tolworth or Hounslow.

WALKING: Teddington high street is a 10 minute walk away with all the amenities needed, there is also a off-licence and restaurants at the end of the street. Kingston shopping centre is also a 25 minute walk away along the river.

Overall, this is a lovely house to live in with the Teddington riverside less than 5 minutes away including great pubs such as the Anglers. You will be in walking distance of Bushy Park and a bus ride from picturesque Richmond Park. You can also enjoy river walks.
