Double bedroom available in heart of Teddington

Hi, I'm looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate to replace me in this lovely flatshare in Teddington.

The flat is on the first floor above a shop on the High Street, with shops, pubs and restaurants all on the door step. Transport links are very good, with regular buses and trains to London.

The room is a nicely sized double bedroom on the top floor. It is technically unfurnished but I am happy to leave all furnishings free of charge (bed & mattress, bedside table, chest of draws, wardrove shelf unit and bookshelf).

The flat is deceivingly big and should be viewed to appreciate its' size. It has a bright and cosy lounge, ideal for socialising after a day at work. The flat also has a bathroom and a shower room, so there's never a queue when getting ready in the morning!

The housemates you would be living with are friendly, reliable and clean who both work full time, but enjoy catching up with over some drinks or a movie.

The move in date has not yet been finalised as I'm waiting to hear my moving out date. It is likely to be end of June-mid July 2021, but this is something I will keep you up to date with.
