Spacious, bright double bedroom with en-suite bathroom available for long-term stays in my 3 bedroom home in Teddington. Very quiet. Cost will be pro rata of £700pcm depending on number of nights required per week.

The room is at the top of the house on its own floor (2nd floor) and has lovely views .The room is fully furnished including the following:
- Double bed/linen
- Desk/chair
- Arm chair
- Lamp
- Dressing table with mirror
- Small bookshelf
- 1 fitted deep cupboard
- kettle/mugs/etc.
- electric fan

Prefer professional person who needs the room for a few nights per week and who is away most weekends;

Washing machine and dishwasher are available to use on a shared basis.

Hampton Wick Station is a 10 minute walk with 4 trains an hour via Clapham Junction, Vauxhall (Victoria Line) to Waterloo. Bus stops (to Kingston) are 3 minutes away. Waitrose and John Lewis are a 5 minute bus ride away. Bushy Park. a 1000-acre Royal Park, is a 5 minute walk from the house. Free parking outside the house. There's also a bistro-pub at the far end of the street.

Looking for a friendly professional who enjoys a good balance of social and quiet time. I work part time from home and in Central London.
