I have a bright double room available in my home which is a spacious 3-bed flat on Cambridge Road. This is available for a single occupancy lodger.

It is a pretty and peaceful residential road, with Teddington high street on our doorstep.

Nearby are shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, and food shops (including M+S and Sainsburys, which are both under a minute away).


It is a tidy, quiet and peaceful place to study or work, and I have had many happy lodgers here over the years

Location:
Just off Teddington High Street.

7 mins walk to Teddington station. Nearest buses all stop a few minutes walk away.

Room:
Double room available, £700 including all bills (council tax, gas and electricity, TV and Wifi).

Furniture in room: double bed (with drawers underneath), bedside table, built-in wardrobe, desk, chair, chest-of-drawers, and a small shelving unit.

Living space:

Good sized eat-in kitchen with big windows and plenty of counter space, so good if you're into food and cooking :)
Spacious living room with wall-wall windows, overlooking the back garden. Also a small balcony. Please note the photo of the living room is a couple of years old and a few things have been moved around and changed.

Bathroom with bath, shower, and also big windows.

Two communal gardens.
This is a quiet, friendly and peaceful flat :)
