We are looking for a new flatmate for our terraced house in Twickenham, as I am moving into my own place on 21st April. Lived here a few years, would highly recommend!

Room: Lovely room with two windows on the first floor. Room furnished with a double bed and wardrobes.

Timings : Available from Sunday the 21st of April, but if you wanted to move things into the lounge / spare room over the weekend that would be fine.

House: The house is a terrace house with a lot of original features and high end kitchen.
The house is three stories, the ground level has a huge lounge, kitchen, dining room, downstairs toilet and shower and a large garden with back and side access.
3 bathrooms, one in each level.

Location: lovely and quiet street and street parking.
>7 minutes walk to Twickenham train station
>5 minutes walk to the riverside, with
> Co-Op a minute away and Waitrose a 5 minutes walk away.
> 30 mins to Waterloo with trains every 10 minutes.

Rent : £ 1,044 with all bills included
> A cleaner who comes every second week to do the common areas.
> Note: Bills go up slightly each year in March/April due to water, gas, electricity and council tax changes.

Housemates: All 3 flatmates are easy going professionals, we are looking for someone tidy, considerate, easy going and respectful.
