Spare Double Room for rent in Twickenham

Double sized room in a family home. There are 3 bathrooms in the property and use of your own shower. The room currently has a single bed with fold away guest bed in it which can be used as a double. A wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV are available there also is an option for a sofa bed if this would be comfortable for you. Alternatively I am happy to rent unfurnished.

There is a lounge area with open plan kitchen and dining area which I am happy for you to use. Sofa, 40” tv and computer are all there to use. We as a family rarely use it maybe about 4:30 2 days a week for dinner the rest of the time we use the upstairs area. This leads onto a garden with bbq etc. It’s small but I am happy to share it

There is also a toilet and sink next to the bedroom which in the evenings will be solely for your use as we have 2 other bathrooms on the upper floor. You will also have your own shower room on the 1st floor. There is street parking and may be able to get on the drive in the future. No fees for parking here yet!

I am happy to consider most people so please message me whatever your circumstances are. I will consider separated parents who would like to have their child every other weekend to stay for instance, as long as your honest we can discuss what we both would be happy with. We all have circumstances that we have to try and fit life around and I try and understand that so please ask.

I would consider pets as long as they are taken care of and house trained (any damage must be repaired and carpet cleaning may be charged for if needed ehen you vacate the room but this will be agreed before you move on), good with kids is a must. Would prefer a older professional but couples considered too rent can be discussed on application.
Smokers will be considered but in your room only if possible again we can discuss.

I am approximately 10 mins walk from fulwell, 15 from Whitton station for London commutes and the 110, 490, 290 and H22 are about 2 minutes from the house just by the beefeater pub. Twickenham is about a 15/20 minute bus ride.
