Sunny double in 2-bed flat close to station

Looking for a lovely new tenant for my two bedroom flat in Twickenham (just a 3-minute walk from the train station but really quiet). The room has been freshly redorated, is a good sized double with king-sized bed, loads of storage and a sink with vanity unit (which is surprisingly super handy).

The is also a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and a cloakroom with second toilet (so although not en suite, there are two loos in the flat). The shared space has also just been redecorated throughout.

The block itself is small (12 flats) and quiet, with big, well-kept communal gardens and friendly neighbours.

Your flatmate would be Marie. She works full-time as a nanny and is also a food blogger (and is a very good cook). She's a lovely flatmate - always happy to catch up over a glass of wine in the evening or watch watch a movie together (her DVD collection is amazing!) but equally happy to do her own thing. Maire is currently at night school, so it is important that she has a peaceful place to study. She's very clean and tidy - if cleaning is not your thing, she'd be willing to split the cost for a cleaner.

This isn't a party flat - obviously it's no problem to have friends round for dinner etc occasionally though - we're looking for someone who is respectful of the shared space, and they'd definitely get the same in return from Marie.

For rent I am looking for £700pcm plus bills (which should be about £120-150 depending on usage).

P. S Marie is advertising the room separately so she can contact potential flatmates, just incase you see the room advertised twice :)
