We have 1 double bedroom on rent now until May 3rd. The room is for single occupancy - we do not accept couples, children or pets! Sorry!

This is a professional house-share, but we would consider mature students who respect the privacy of others and are happy to maintain the communal areas clean and tidy.

Comfortable, modern and ideally located 4-bedroom house, in a quiet residential area with a well-maintained garden and FREE parking.

Located 10 min walk from Uxbridge Station (Metropolitan & Picadilly lines) and Brunel University with easy access to West Drayton, Heathrow, Iver, Pinewood Studios, M40, M25.

The property is brand new - new paint, new carpets and wooden flooring throughout, double glazing and combi-boiler. All rooms have been freshly refurbished. We put modern and neutral colour furniture in all the rooms as well as blinds on all windows.

The bedroom is VERY spacious, bright, with garden view and it has lovely white furniture. There is a double bed, a wardrobe with a mirror, a chest of drawer, a desk, and a lamp. All furnishings are brand-new!

This is a house of a high standard with a modern and well-equipped kitchen-diner, containing a dining table and chairs, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. Hoover, mop, broom, cleaning products, electric heated drying rack, iron and ironing board are also provided.

There is one good-size bathroom and two separate WC/basin. You would share the bathroom with 2 very clean and respectful house-mates.

Rent includes electricity, heating, water, TV licence, council tax and 40Mb super-fast fibre broadband. We also employ the services of a Cleaner and Gardener. The Cleaner comes every two weeks and the Gardener once a month. .

The rent is payable monthly, in advance. We ask for a £650 deposit.
