A double room available in 3 bed semi-detached house.
This room is allocated the downstairs shower & toilet. (so not direct en-suite but three bathrooms in the house so everyone will have their own). This room is cheaper than the other as my guests can use toilet when needed. (not very often once/twice a month which is reflected in the cost and will provide cleaning products).
Each room furnished with bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe & desk if required.
As a lodger you will have access to large shared living/dinning room, shared kitchen.
Bills included will be Gas/Electric/Water, Council Tax, TV licence and High Speed Broadband.
(subject to review if large price increases occur)
Stockley Park is very close and Heathrow is nearby.
