ABOUT NEW HOUSEMATE:
We hope to find a new female housemates who is social, respectful and tidy. We like to keep a clean house as much as possible. All we ask for is that we respect each other’s privacy/property, to clean up after ourselves in the communal spaces, and to all pitch in and help deep clean the house on occasions.

We would like the house to feel like a home, somewhere to socialise and feel relaxed, rather than a house shared with strangers/acquaintances! We would really like to get to know the person we end up living with and hopefully become good friends.

ABOUT CURRENT HOUSEMATES:
Two female housemates, one a full time teacher, another who works from home. We like to be in bed early as were often up early, therefore not looking for any party animals.

I have a boyfriend who visit the house often and stays over occasionally, therefore the new housemate should be comfortable and accepting of this.

We have three cats who live here too.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Double room to become available.

£585 with own separate bathroom (not en-suite but to have sole use of)

This includes council tax, wifi, water, gas and electric.

Room comes with a bed and a 3-drawer chest of drawers.

Very large communal area, large kitchen/dining room and large lounge.

Two bathrooms; larger one shared by the 2 current tenants, the smaller bathroom to be used by the person occupying the bedroom in this advert.

One parking space on the drive available, but also one free permit available (one vehicle only) for down the road too.
